SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping Deadlines: Orders received (for in-stock product) before 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received (for in-stock items) after 1 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day of receipt.
Carriers: VirginiaBlades.com ships by UPS, USPS for most orders and FEDEX, DHL for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
International Shipments: Please note that certain products distributed by VirginiaBlades.com are not available for export. Check with us for details.
RETURN POLICY:
VirginiaBlades.com customers must obtain Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to VirginiaBlades.com. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. VirginiaBlades.com will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, email us at support@virginiablades.com a customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
Return Auth # Required: VirginiaBlades.com will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees: I do not charge restocking fees.
